It was begrudgingly approved, so I bought one for the office about 6 months ago, and the boss and his wife had a bit of a whinge about it (even though they *love* the coffees and mochachinnos that come from it!!), so I sent them this video about 2 months after it was purchased...... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Ku1s...eature=related It's Australia's top 4 baristas agreeing with me that the Sunny is the best machine on the market :-) (The video quality is not that good, but you get the message :-) -- Peter Lucas Hobart Tasmania A good friend would drive 30 miles at 2:00 am to bail you out of jail. I keep waiting for him to bring home an > industrial-strength machine with an eagle on top. Too late. I looked. Peter's new espresso maker looks ike a nice unit. We have an Isomac Millenium, a big stainless steel beast. These are also sold in Oz, as evident by the last pic on this page: <http://www.euroespresso.com.au/pages/coffee-machines.htm> For me, the main disadvantage of the Isomac is the vibratory pump, which is really loud when running. Our beast is still going strong, but if I had to replace it I would look for a unit with a rotary pump (less noise), and a PID temperature controller (which allows you to to fine tune the extraction process). <http://www.home-barista.com/espresso...nd-explanation -of-pid-stuff-t878.html> -- Julian Vrieslander |

I have a (female) friend who likes to have a *good* coffee now and then, but it sends her loopy!! Much like bubbly does to my SO, if she drinks it when she's happy, it makes her *extremely* happy, but if she's a bit down when she has it, she gets *really* down. If my friend drinks coffee when she's feeling good, it puts her 'off the charts'... so she usually only drinks it when she's feeling she needs a boost. -- Peter Lucas Hobart Tasmania A good friend would drive 30 miles at 2:00 am to bail you out of jail. It's the same brand of coffee as the one I drink, just 'water decaffed'. http://www.vittoriacoffee.com/produc...af-ground.html -- Peter Lucas Hobart Tasmania A good friend would drive 30 miles at 2:00 am to bail you out of jail.
