Default New Years Eve Menu, or I'm the most wishy washy person in the universe

Here's the menu. No hams at the commissary and I'm not running all over
town. I'm cantankerous. And I'm craving salmon. I blame PMS.

salmon spread with crackers
crab stuffed mushrooms
veg tray and pita wedges with ranch and hummus
lumpia and sweet sour sauce
stuffed eggs

beef filet (there was a special...packed hormel beef tenderloin..each
package is 7 bucks, I got two. They're very tender...I'll do a
peppercorn rub and grill, then slice.)
boiled shrimp and potatoes cajun style with cocktail sauce. Peel them
your dang self. Melted butter for potatoes.

Flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce

champagne and sparkling apple cranberry juice.

What percentage of the weight is "patented flavor solution?"

The rest of it sounds good. I have a bias against Hormel meats because
they inject all but a small part of what they sell. I damn near choked
on the "up to thirty percent flavor solution" added to some of their
pork tenderloins. I don't play.
