I googled recipes and ended up with one that had eggs, pulverized
crackers (good way to get rid of a box that wasn't getting used), and some cheese. The recipe also called for evaporate milk. My substitutions: Lowfat milk for the evap Half the amount of cheese called for 1 egg instead of two It turned out perfectly. Served as a side with a small portion of rib eye steak. No other sides necessary. I already closed my browser so I can't cite the site. |
