I am cooking up some wheat berries that I've stored, refrigerated, for
11 months. Is that to long to have kept them? They do not seem rancid but I am suspicious they might be a little stale tasting. Anyone experienced with wheat berries this old? Steve |

(I'm again watching purines in my diet, and whole wheat seems to have a somewhat lower purine/protein ratio than several other protein sources, if one believes various published figures.) Steve |
