Yummy stuff (sweet tooth)

Take 24 Oz of Greek Yoghurt & mix well with 6 to 8 Oz of your favorite
(sugar free/low sugar is OK) preserves. I like chunky stuff like blueberry,
mixed berry, raspberry, olallieberry or similar.

This mixture can satisfy a sweet tooth with no fat.

Great as is or served with a few tablespoons of Granola or fresh berries or
bananas on top.

A wonderful topping for waffles or as a filling for crepes.

A nice topping for fresh berries.

Insead of preserves I'd chop up fresh fruit... maserate the fruit with
a little honey and lemon juice before adding the yogurt

I'd top with wheatgerm too.

Yogurt is good mixed 50/50 with cottage cheese.
