Well, it's going to be the day *after* VD, because we are going to be busy
elsewhere on the night..... but she gets that :-)


The menu thus far is:

Starter....

Emmental cheese souffle


Main.....

Either ocean trout (or maybe a sweet white fleshed fish instead) on a
radish, apple and cucumber salad, with green bean and prosciutto bundles,
and roast potatos with cummin salt.


Dessert.....

I don't think she's going to want dessert after that :-)
