PING: Bryan Cooks Illustrated Warning
Don't even THINK of opening the new Cook's Illustrated.
You would find (1) a two-page article titled "Butter 101" and (2) a taste test of creamy peanut butter in which the "recommended": brands all contain either hydrogenated vegetable or palm oil. Not to mention a Boston cream pie. It would bring tears to your eyes. :-) Felice |
