20Pt2/ http://tinyurl.com/4pol4aw No souffles this time, as she wanted to have some *meat*!! The salad dressing was a *HUGE* hit, which went well with the crispy salad fixins. Pork, tender and moist, and with the potatos and beans (again) the flavours matched and complimented each other. The verdict? "You can make that again, anytime." -- Peter Lucas Hobart Tasmania "As we weep for what we have lost, and as we grieve for family and friends and we confront the challenge that is before us, I want us to remember who we are. We are Queenslanders. We're the people that they breed tough, north of the border. We're the ones that they knock down, and we get up again." |

Combine the oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar in a small jug. Season with salt and pepper. Add the dressing and chives to the apple mixture and toss to coat. -- Peter Lucas Hobart Tasmania "As we weep for what we have lost, and as we grieve for family and friends and we confront the challenge that is before us, I want us to remember who we are.
