All of it is local, by virtue of its being in NYC.

The city is a melting pot and its food offerings reflect that. Each
generation of immigrants has added its own favorites to the food
vending businesses. You can get damn near anything (up to and
including what some consider pets) at any time of day and get it on
the cheap or upscale.

So what it is that you like to eat? Or are you looking for specific
foods or "famous" or exemplary NYC restaurants that you'd like to try?
