![]() Couldn't connect to the server to send e-mail, so clicked on "verizon.com/quickfix" and used the automatic troubleshooter. That said the problem was fixed. It wasn't. Tried a second time. That time, it said it couldn't be fixed. It was. (sigh) Dora |

Many hours on the phone and finally in exasperation, took my computer and modem to the computer store where it went online right away. I did get some more RAM while in there. Computer is zippy now. Frontier guy had to finally come to the house. It eventually started working but from what I could see, not due to anything that guy did! |
