Default Lemon Octopus Soup

Lemon Octopus Soup


Ingredients:

1 octopus
5 cups of water
1 tablespoon olive oil or safflower oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 pat of butter
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 lemons

Directions: Put oil, water, salt and pepper in a pot. Boil the
octopus in the water for half hour. Squeeze the lemons and add their
juice to the pot, and add in the other ingredients and continue
boiling until the octopus is tender (another half hour or so).

hmmmm...........good advice depending on which head you are talking
about.
Octopus head will be more in size then my, so will prefer to not try this recipe.
