Lin picked up a big bag of red-gold cherries last Tuesday. They're a bit
tart because they're so early. I want to use them for savory dishes, probably with pork but maybe with duck. I haven't settled on any particular dish. Anybody have a favorite savory cherry dish? Bob |

I bought more cherries yesterday, though, so Caneton Montmorency is now a consideration. Bob |
