I made a batch over the weekend because I had some leftover roast
chicken and I wanted to make chicken salad for lunches this week. I
used a whole egg and added a crushed small clove of garlic and some
salt and pepper. I used the juice of a whole lime. It came out
perfect, quite thick, very silky and yummy.
