I was speaking of amazon.com which features 60 pieces for $34.00 (US) plus shipping.

I don't use single page mail...for any reason. Geesh...even Skype is free world wide!

But postage is not. I have been sending these to DD since 2000. Over that
time we have gone from 85 cents for priority mail to $2.60 for ordinary
mail. I sent an envelope weighing 3.5 ounces 2 weeks ago and it cost euro
7.65 to the USA. Imagine what that box of candy costs.

Provided it's computer to computer and your connection is fast
enough... otherwise it's stop action voice and video.

Postage always kills me. Thank goodness for the US postal service and
their one size, one price boxes... but that isn't cheap either.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Postage/shipping costs have/are going up largely due to the increasing
cost of gasoline.

I know what you mean though. I was once going to order inexpensive
something online, until I realized the shopping would cost more than
the item! Ugh! :-(
