I got a lot less than I was expecting, and it wasn't that great. I don't know if it was representative of Copper river salmon, but it didn't impress me as anything great. |

Our guest's comment: "This sure isn't what we get in NY." I thought one of the local stores had it on sale this week, but it turned out to be troll-caught Canadian salmon.
