Some food can be helpful in recovery from flus as well as illness prevention.
Onions have good sterilization effect on flu. They contains various nutritions and make good appetite. Onions can promote sodium discharge. So it is also seen as good health care food for those who have hypertension diseases.
Besides, pumpkins can can get rid of flu virus in human bodies; beans can help produce immune antibody against flu and they have great powers suppressing quick growth of cancer cells.
Though garlic taste spicy and smells bad, it has powerful capacity on sterilization. It can prevent flu and cure some infectious diseases.
