I was thinking ham, eggs and biscuits would be a fine breakfast and immediately wondered how you would begin to make an edible biscuit. It can be done. 'They say' that one cup rice milk plus one tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar allowed to sit for about 10 minutes will do an okay substitute for buttermilk. Our children would have been happy to live on biscuits and French fries. Are potatoes allowed? If so, I'm thinking you'd better find a way to prepare them. Polly |
