Another Smooth Hummus Method
Using a 'digital pressure cooker' is a great way of preparing dried garbonzo beans, either with a pre-soak (better) or not (still good, but time is different).
It is a set it and forget it task. Each time I make hummus I seem to doctor it a little different making all sorts of interesting renditions. Gary Hayman |
