The bees and I love 'creeping charlie'. I use it in place of fresh thyme in recipes. I used to visit an abandoned orchard that was blanketed with a carpet of creeping charlie 6" thick. On a hot august day the smell was just this side of heaven. I'd prefer it to grass if I could get it to cover my whole 'lawn'. Jim |
