People 'allow themselves' to be ripped off by the government, by other
relatives, by phony coupons, auto mechanics and dentists. It is not
always the religious group that is the one who profits from the scam.
It is the person, who is not even related to the group that
benefits....crippled cops association, babies with cancer, families
of firemen who had their heads chopped off, highway patrol men with
