Coli? Hmmm, perhaps so. It is not so much as a safety issue as can one afford the cost of USDA inspections. This hurts the small farmer in which only the Mega Farms can afford. It is getting to the point where the mid size farms that sell their goods at Farmers Markets cannot afford much longer. Also most certainly the small farmer cannot afford fines. -- Enjoy Life...
