Default Special pimiento cheese?

What's you special ingredient for pimiento cheese? There's a lot going on
here this weekend and my whenever/wherever sandwich is ready with a bowl of
pimiento cheese. Sometimes I add chopped stuffed olives or pecans. Always
just about too much black pepper.
For a young folks sandwich, I add a layer of potato chips. Adds a
crunch surprise.
If the Queen comes for tea, the home-baked bread will have the crusts
trimmed and the Blue jays will enjoy the crusts.
I surely have the ingredients right since I always have to send a scoop
home with guests but there's welcome room for even better. Do you
have a special addition? Polly

I never add any of the above.
I use half havarti and half extra sharp cheddar. pimentos. cayenne
pepper. a dash of Worcestershire. Hellmann's mayo.

Remember that when the queen is served sandwiches the sharp corners
are always carefully trimmed off. Something about pointed ends and
swords, I believe.

I'll be sure to be careful with trimming the sandwiches for the Queen. You
just never know. Worcestershire just may be the special kick my sandwich
concotion needs. Thank you for sharing, Polly

About a teaspoon of grated onion, and a few splashes of Frank's Red Hot
sauce.

I make mine similar to yours, but I do like finely chopped pecans in any
cheese spread.
