Default keeping Pizza Crust fresh?

I like to make pizza on my Barbeque.
And I end up making about 2-3 extra crusts,
so I don't have to barbeque when I want some pizza.

The question is, how do I keep the crusts freshest,
for a few weeks? The crusts seemed to very hard
when just left out - like bread.

Freezer maybe, or refrigerator?

thanks, marc
