Are you the one who posted the butter mochi recipe? I haven't made it
yet, but plan to... maybe by this weekend. I was so interested that I
emailed a Japanese friend about it and she said her niece makes lots
of versions, but her favorite is lemon mochi. Did you know there were
more variations than coconut? This is a whole new world for me!

No, I didn't post it, and I haven't made any type of mochi. I
probably should someday, because my daughter loves mochi.
