There are scientific methods for determining whether
a tomato is worth saving.

According to Michelle Bachmann, you're being punished
for too many taxes, homosexuals, vaccinations, or something
like that.

I found morels growing at a local library. Apparently, there were
spores in the mulch. I was most displeased when the whole area
got dug up!

We did some landscaping and had "mushroom dirt" brought in. They add
organic material from mushroom farms to soil.

For a few years I would find white button mushrooms in dark damp areas.

Yes, that's the defining principle of anarcho-Republicanism.
Vote for the most dangerous candidate, with the goal of
encouraging people toward the point of view that government
itself must be destroyed (the anarcho part). Rick Perry
fills the bill quite well. He's like Pat Robertson, but
electable. Unlike Palin, he's competent enough to really
screw things up.

when you compare all of that to a state like ours with the deficit and no
jobs, tell me again why its so horrible in texas that people are moving
there faster than anywhere else in the US? Lee

Here's a couple reasons-
1. The oil business is booming so there are jobs there.
2. A huge percentage of the boys on their way to the mid-east leave
from TX, so their families follow them there and many wait there.
3. Because of the above 2 booms, there are a billion service jobs
being created which gives TX their low unemplyment rate.

Over a decade the biggest rates of influx occurred in Nevada and
Arizona. Texas fell below Idaho and Georgia, but above North Carolina.

that doesn't account for the fact that texas has created fifty percent of
the total jobs in the us in the last ten years, sorry, most military
families don't foloow to a going overseas post, they remain in the stateside
post for the duration of the overseas unaccompanied tour... also a very
large percentage of the military being used are national guard and reserve
troops, so neither applies as these are perhaps transported to overseas from
texas, but there hasn't been any uprooting of the family.

and what is wrong with the oil business? aren't those oil jobs good ones?

Lee... who cares not about rick perry but does like job improvement...

ps, how are we ever gonna get more jobs created when our own labor secretary
says she bought a car because its energy conserving and made in america...
oops NonnNNNOOOT, its made in canada... as all of that model are,
