I have never eaten these before but had Panuchos which from what I have read
are pretty much the same thing.

Today I found the "bread" part in the refrigerated section at Winco. Just
have to fry 'em and put on the toppings.

I can't wait to eat them!

Sopes are a great comfort food. I love them. Kind of high on the carbs so
go easy.

We didn't eat them yet and not sure when we will. Everything is just up in
the air right now with my dad getting out of the hospital. We're going over
there tomorrow to do some shopping for them.
