I caught a show on public television that apparently has been on for a
while, but it's new to me, Primal Grill. This was an old rerun and some of what he was cooking really caught my attention, especially the onion lollipops. I love grilled onion. These were huge, thick slices of either vidalia or sweet onion and when I went to the website, it isn't shown on the "menu". http://www.primalgrill.org/Episode_d...=19&SeasonID=2 The tarragon butter for the grilled steak is a neat touch. |

A bit too much of the swaggering personality and the gimmicky grill cam. The more recent shows are much better. |
