Default Grilled onion lollipops

I caught a show on public television that apparently has been on for a
while, but it's new to me, Primal Grill. This was an old rerun and some
of what he was cooking really caught my attention, especially the onion
lollipops. I love grilled onion. These were huge, thick slices of
either vidalia or sweet onion and when I went to the website, it isn't
shown on the "menu".

The tarragon butter for the grilled steak is a neat touch.

I like Primal grill. I couldn't find him yesterday on the PBS station
out of Buffalo. I think he's got personality.
So let's see the Stevie locomotive come bearing down on me.

I didn't like his early shows. A bit too much of
the swaggering personality and the gimmicky grill cam.
The more recent shows are much better.

When I posted this I didn't realize there was just a recent thread about
him and his shows. Marty posted it; I've just read it all for more info.
