Default Hey peeps - been a while :-)

Well it's been ages in fact! Quick scan revealed a few old names I kinda
recognised, but has anyone seen my good old friend Katra lately?

Anyways - glad to be back! Even if I do return now gastrically limited -
can't have lactose, milk protien, anything even resembling 'gluten' (incl.
specfialty GF oats etc.), nor can I eat lamb, or anything with *xanthan gum*
in it, which is in almost every pre-prepared gluten-free product - ugh!

Hope you all are well, and I'll be back with more on-topic stuff have no
fear.

She's having a difficult time. She's acquired a debilitating addiction to a
hallucinogen called "salvia divinorum" so she's not processing things
mentally very well, and she's been fired from several jobs for stealing. She
still posts here from time to time, though. I think we all feel sorry for
her and hope she gets the help that she needs.

Would you happen to know if her old century.tel e-mail is still working? -
We've shared many ups and downs and I'd love to catch up with her and see if
there's anything I can help with...

Cheers again bud - catch ya later.

Shaun, do yourself, and everyone else a favour, and don't believe anything
that worthless piece of shit Boobie Twitilliger tells you.

It suffers from small man syndrome, is a keyboard cook, and most of its
posts are all about denigrating people.... and rarely anything to do with
food

Om (Katra) is still around here, working hard.

I changed the subject line to grab her eye.

You'll fit right in. That's all that's left here - people who are
"allergic" to most things. Do you have fibromyalgia, too? Bonus
points for that.

And if there's a thread about something you don't like (veal, french
fires, whatever), be sure to speak right up and announce it.

Shaun, do yourself a favor and make up your own mind about who you believe.

Always did. Always will buddy.

I know Kat was having a hard time (variously) last we spoke, so my concern
for her is genuine. However until Kat and I actually speak again, /anything/
else I hear about her is merely conjecture.

I don't see the issue - if some folk (torls) want to be slinging back and
forth about her so what - it's just balls over a net to me and has no
bearing whatsoever on Katra's reality, nor mine.

Cheers again Bob, and as ever - be well ',;~}~

The problem with cooking that way is at first you obsess on anything
"gluten" and can only think of cooking the things that involve it.
You'll be surprised at how many meals you make already that are gluten
"free". I don't worry about a tiny amount (say in soy sauce) anymore
because my DIL doesn't have crohn's disease.

Your gaiboi 'buddy' Boobie Twitilliger is one of the most prolific
'torls'[sic] around.

You have been warned.
