thanks, i have eaten a lot of rice noodles, never had corn but the concept
didn't appeal to me, but this one i am hoping will work nicely, Lee

Interesting. They do a mixture of quinoa and corn. I knew that at one
point because I read labels but I'd since forgotten. So that's how they
acheive the flavor balance.

I just got back from Trader Joe's, and I saw that their
red quinoa is back in stock after maybe a year of absence.
I've tried their white quinoa and some black quinoa I got
at Whole Foods. TJ's red quinoa is much better than either
of those. Better texture. If you're going to eat quinoa,
that's the one to get.

Who knew??? Not me. I thought that quinoa was quinoa and came in
beige. I'll look for it.
