There's nothing wrong with either in moderation. I use a lot of both myself, especially butter. There's no real substitute for flavor in many desserts and dishes. Twice-baked potatoes would be half-baked without butter, sour cream, cream cheese, and cheese. Bacon is a bonus. Some are good , some are junky Like her Hamburgers. The best thing about her book is you dont have to hear her God Awful , Worse than Sarah Palin voice |
