Well, both are delicious and heavenly for cooking. There's nothing wrong
with either in moderation. I use a lot of both myself, especially butter.
There's no real substitute for flavor in many desserts and dishes.
Twice-baked potatoes would be half-baked without butter, sour cream, cream
cheese, and cheese. Bacon is a bonus. Remember the quantities were for 48 so
it was only 1 tablespoon of butter per serving.

There isn't anything bacon cannot help and there is no substitute for the
real thing. Turkey bacon is not bacon no matter how it's labeled.

I read a few of her recipes. Some are good , some are junky Like her
Hamburgers. The best thing about her book is you dont have to hear her
God Awful , Worse than Sarah Palin voice

Yes. It all started with a blog. She, like Paula Deen, is a country cook and
that's the appeal to many people.
