Lynn gifford passed away one tuesday, from a long illness. I know that
she used to post here, and wanted to let those that knew her be made
aware that she passed away. she always liked this group

I didn't know her. But I'm sorry to hear of her passing. I can only
hope that I pass quickly when my time comes.

I didn't know her. I've only been posting here for a short time.
But it's always sad when a member of
a group that has been together for a long time passes. My condolences
to her family and to the members here who counted her as a friend.

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this. My sympathies to her family and

Ah.

I couldn't place her, but only the obnoxious posters here stick in my
mind. I was surprised to see she posted less than a year ago here (Oct
27, 2010).

In a post last September she mentioned taking "27" pills a day. That's
never a good sign.

RIP.

The Lynn Gifford name didn't ring a bell but the when I saw Lynn from
Fargo that certainly was familiar. Oh my, hate to hear this; wonder
what was the cause and why she was taking 27 pills per day?? That a
LOT of medication.

Sincere condolences to the family.

I was just recently wondering where she was when I heard about yet more
flooding in ND.

My condolences to her family.

That is so true. We corresponded for a while via email. I did not know
that she was so very ill, however.

It's always sad when nice people die.

I sometimes play Scrabble but I'm more of a crossworder.

I used to do the NYT X-Word but the pinko newspaper got too greedy,
they now charge too much. So I do the LA Times on line... it's
free... but I prefer to print the puzzles and do them at my leisure...
actually I print them all once each week when I power up my printer,
and I use both sides of the paper.... I also use the unprinted backs
of junk mail, the junk mailers typically use the best quality paper.

Hint: don't leave your printer powered up all the time and it will
live a lot longer.
