With the paleo diet becoming more popular every day, I thought that this
would be a good time to collect turkey stuffing recipes that would be acceptable to someone following this diet. Such a person could be a guest at your dinner. To be paleo the recipes would be grain-free, bean-free, potato-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. The ingredients used: meat, fish, shellfish, eggs, tree nuts, vegetables, roots, fruit, berries, mushrooms, herbs and spice seeds. I also have to disclose that I am seeking recipes for my online paleo cookbook. Don. http://paleofood.com/ (e-mail at page bottom). |

Just go to Mark's Daily Apple and steal from him, he's way ahead of you in the Primal/Paleo cookbook race. |

Yes, he's way ahead. He has a staff. I have no intention of publishing. My collection has been around for 12 years, but only recently have I catalogued it and added the searchable database. I don't steal recipes from other paleo/primal websites. After adding the search feature I did find one paleo website that has taken many recipes from mine with no source attribution. If you want to be really hard core paleo you might want it to be lean wild goose not turkey. Those critters are from North America after all. I've made stuffing with diced cored apple, chopped onion, chopped walnut and a dusting of dried herbs from the summer garden. |

I didn't do the no carb, the low carb, the Atkins, the drink a milkshake instead of eating, or anything else diet FADS. Puleeze! Good luck in your search but I find the whole idea ludicrous. Jill |

That newfangled metal stuff is just a fad. Refining iron to metal and heat treating it to steel will never last. In the case of paleo eating that newfangled use of stone tools and sharp sticks is just a fad. It is true that two of the ones you listed are fads. The two that aren't complete plans with maintenance phases. But since you typed in that list you'll have neither any idea which two nor how to tell. |
