"troublemaker"? I don't think so. You just described (no Splenda, cuz it
wasn't around yet) an old "comfort food" breakfast that I'd forgotten about.
Sometimes add a chunk of butter to the middle!

Was a pre-late-lunch snack, about an hour after I posted. I think I added too
much butter. Or the serving size was way too large. Or both.
It was good, and since I was stuffed, lunch was much later. Dinner will be just
a snack.
