Default My favourite mixed fried rice

If some ask me what is my favourite food? My answer is fried rice. Actually, there are many kinds of fried rice. I prefer the one with mixed meat and eggs. I have to prepare a lot of ingredients for cooking such fried rice. The main ingredients include cooked rice, peeled prawns and eggs; other minor ingredients include drumstick, fresh bamboo shoots, mushroom and green soya bean. I have to cut these stuff into small pieces and add into main ingredients.
How to cook the fried rice with so many ingredients? One principle for cooking is to add little oil and salt. If I prepare 500 grams of rice, 4 eggs is proper with 60g oil. Add less salt an usual.
I think it's health food rich in nutrients and low in calorie and fat. When it is well done, I would cook some vegetable soup.

Have to admit, I kinda knew what he was talking about... except I
don't make fried rice out of it.

All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.

When I cook Chinese fried rice I ususally cook it for the pot luck
supper at our community house. Then I don't use any meat
since there'll be lots of meat dishes there. I cook the rice
in a rice cooker and add seaweed cut into small pieces.
I add some miso and water or sometimes use chicken broth.

For the vegetables I cook that in a wok. Usually carrots,
peppers, onions and other that I might have on hand.
When that's done I add a couple of eggs in it and stir them
in. I also use oriental spices. Then I pour that into the rice
cooker and mix it all together.
