Default Prepare a antioxidant diet for wellness

There are many substances belonging to antioxidants, such as Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E , selenium and zinc, etc. Do you know what food is rich in them? Oranges, carrots, pumpkins and fish are good choice for VA supplement, orange fruits, green leafy vegetables, berries for VC.

Antioxidant food is something related with oxygen, it makes some chemical reaction and generate something that does harm to health. The reaction can be caused by many things, such as smoking, fried food and ultraviolet rays.

It has something to do with many diseases, including cancers, heart attacks and fast aging. Through killing healthy cells, it accelerate the aging process and destroy DNA in cells, leading to cancerous cells. Forhealth care, you can take some food is rich antioxidant which can prevent harmful substances from generation.
