Default McRib economics

The graph in this article is purported to explain
the seemingly random appearance and disappearance
of the McRib sandwich.

I'm curious whether anyone has posted a picture of
the "meat" in a McRib sandwich with the BBQ sauce
washed off. Please post a link if you've seen one.

That's what decided me never to eat anything from
the Healthy Choice brand of frozen foods again.
I had some chicken dish and washed the sauce off
a chunk of "chicken" to see what I was eating.
It was some sort of restructured chicken material,
kind of like what you'd get if you made bologna
out of chicken.

Wasn't their advertising campaign last time they had it something like
"hurry and get one now, because this is the last time we ever offer it."

I've been cooking a lot of pork recently. Evidently, it's not a
coincidence that the legendary McDonalds pork sandwich is popping it's
head out like a pesky wack-a-mole at this time. I guess we both will
take advantage of cheap pork prices. Yay cheap pork prices!
