It sure does. I can see it in my "From:" box on T-Bird. My suggestion is
that you use a fake address. Yay for fake addresses!

It was my real email, until some hacker got into it somehow and set it
up to auto-reply with some .ru shopping website! Send an email to it and
see! :-)

I've posted using my valid email address forever. I never even looked
up how to do that in XPN. I've also never bothered to get "reply by
email" working in XPN. I cut-n-paste into my email window when I want
that.

I just put my old corrupted one in there,

I never use it anymore since it got hacked.
