![]() Tuesday night, 9:00 p.m. CST, on my local PBS station they will be airing this program. I saw about 35-40 minutes of it last year about this time and thought y’all might be interested to see if it’s airing on your station. It’s a 12-course feast from Fannie Farmer’s “Boston Cooking-School Cook Book.” The recipes and methods they use are from the 1890’s, perhaps the first decade of the 20th century if I remember correctly. All the dishes will be cooked on a wood fired kitchen stove at Chris Kimball of “America’s Test Kitchen” home. |
