Default Strata for leftovers

I have about 2 cups of stuffing, a small amount of turkey, no gravy,
green bean casserole leftovers and I already ate the leftover mashed
potatoes for lunch.

Looking around the net, here's what I'm doing with the rest of what I
have leftover.

.. layer the stuffing in a casserole dish
.. layer the green beans on top of that along with the leftover turkey
sliced thin
.. mix 3 eggs and a cup of milk and pour over it
.. let rest in the refrigerator overnight
.. top with sharp cheddar layer and let sit on the counter for 15 minutes
while oven preheats
.. bake at 300F for 1-1/2 hours

Given your medical issues, I'm glad to see that you post with
such good spirit.
