Hello,
I am a chef who has moved from the UK to the South of France where I have been living for the past three years. I have recently decided to start a blog outlining my adventures in french food. I thought a few people on this forum might be interested in reading it and therefore have posted the link below. Please click to read and sign up to follow my blog updates. North by Sud-Ouest Many Thanks! nbso |

I know, but someone what calls him/her self a chef needs to be in charge of something. The word chef means chief. For example Chef Garde Manger is someone who is in charge of that section, basically a cold section doing mirrors, fat sculptures etc. Chef Saucier, someone who is in charge of the sauce station. |

Thus far, from what I've seen, you are neither. So why are you still reading me, dumbass, can't you even use a killfile? Morons will always be morons |

But in this particular area, mine is less borderless than pretty much anyone else, since I'm quite possibly the longest-term USEnet user around these parts. >> His post is not spam; it's quite on topic, and his blog is interesting >> and informative. Sure can -- that was your first post that I'd ever seen, and this is the second. The killfile's already chock-full, but I'll squeeze you in. >Morons will always be morons It's good that you've achieved so much self-knowledge with such limited resources. {plonk} -- Larry |
