I have a couple of guests coming over later tonight. I bought some
Czabaj sausage. It's a smoked Hungarian style sausage. A bit on the
hot side. I decided to have a chunk for lunch. It was very good.
And not as salted as many other hot Hungarian sausages that I have
purchased in the area. It tastes much like our homemade sausage used
to taste like. Good stuff.

would be easier to reference it by what it is called in Hungarian.. Csabai (as in Bekescsaba, the city). I only by accident was able to piece together what Czabaj was referring to. And yes, that is some GOOOOD stuff!! :-)

Would be even easier if you noticed the date on the post about the
