I have a couple of guests coming over later tonight. I bought some
Czabaj sausage. It's a smoked Hungarian style sausage. A bit on the hot side. I decided to have a chunk for lunch. It was very good. And not as salted as many other hot Hungarian sausages that I have purchased in the area. It tastes much like our homemade sausage used to taste like. Good stuff. Anyway, everyone, I wish you a happy New Year. |

I only by accident was able to piece together what Czabaj was referring to. And yes, that is some GOOOOD stuff!! :-) |
