Hi Chris, count me in - sounds like fun! It turns out that I have several tagine recipes in my file already and I saved yet another one tonight, so I have lots of recipes to choose from. You said you're thinking of making harissa... do look at Renee's, Giusi loves it. I have a can of red harissa that I haven't opened yet and I plan to use if I need red, but I found recipes for green harissa tonight that look delicious.
