Default Chocolate Bock

I bought a 12-pack of mixed Sam Adams beers. One of them was so-called
"Chocolate Bock". To me, that's got to be the biggest mistake the
company has made. It's horrible!

I wonder has anyone else tried Chocolate Bock and I realize that some
may disagree strongly with me? I do like Bock beer and I do like
chocolate but not combined.

You're right, some might disagree strongly. I happen to like chocolate
bock, some brands better than others, but I like it never-the-less.

I'm also fond of some of the fruit flavored beers, which I know turns off
some purists. But I enjoy them, especially during the summer.

How's that comment about horse races go again?

I guess I prefer "dry" beverages. Even if I like orange juice at
breakfast, I've never found a sweet red wine that I liked.

I found one, once, decades ago... back in the days when Trader Joe's
was an adventure to shop at because everything but the cheese was a
one time only deal. The wine was a very dark and opaque red but it
was on the sweet side and bubbly. It was a fantastic wine to my
unrefined taste buds. I have no idea how I'd react to the same wine
today, but I loved it back then and would have bought more if they'd
ever stocked it again.
