That's only true for those who can't cook and have TIAD.
Anyone who can recognize well made lasagna and is a half assed cook
can replicate good lasagna every time, and needs no recipe... anyone
who needs a written recipe to prepare any pasta dish would do best
with Chef Boyardee and a can opener. There is nothing simpler to cook
than pasta... if you can boil water you can cook any pasta dish.
