Heh. That's the main reason why I don't even try making candied ginger. No matter what implement is used for it, I absolutely hate peeling ginger. -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

I usually chop it up and add it to stuff so it doesn't really matter what it looks like. There are lots of nice big round pieces for anyone who has is overly concerned about appearance. |
