Depends onwhat you are trying to do. But pretty much like regular rice
unless you are making a Risolto, and then you add the stock a little at a
time stiring it all the while.

Sounds Interesting, if you find the recipe post it!

I have used it for risolto and for rice to accompany chinese food. It
works well with chop sticks since it tends to stict together.
