I think you posted this recipe either here or on facebook. I can't
remember. Either way, I made it last night and it was really good.

I didn't realize at first that it was to be served at room
temperature, but it worked out. I had a spatchcooked chicken in the
oven while it rested.

I used Italian eggplant.
