Never heard of scungilli and it sounds odd to me, but the biscuits
seem easy enough to make in very big batches. As a teenager, the
first time I made buttermilk bisquits for a weekend family breakfast
meal my mother usually did all the cooking for, I was appointed the
duty from then on.
