If I measured it, I'd probably feel bad about the nutritional values.
This way I just know it isn't good for me.

I make it for 3 of us. Then *I* eat the rest in sandwiches.<g> But
1/2ing it will work fine- just don't overcook it.

As a low carber I reckon it is very good for me, so I am up for a large gob
of mayo ...
