Default REC Cassoulet

I've tried probably a half dozen cassoulet recipes and can't find one
that says, "zing!" Anyone have a TNT recipe you just love?\

TIA,

I've made cassoulet that I loved and cassoulet that I hated, but I
don't follow a recipe per se. I can FB you and tell you what I do
when I like it, if you wish. The one thing I can tell you is when I
used Toulouse sausage and haricot beans... I didn't like it at all.

BTW: cassoulet is one of those things that's BETTER the next day.
